Tempe Diablos Ignite the Night Raises $343,000 for Tempe Community

The Tempe Diablos capped off an impactful week of professional golf and community celebration by raising $343,000 to support the local Tempe community on Saturday, March 28th at their signature fundraising event, Ignite the Night held at Rawhide at Wild Horse Pass.

The event welcomed over 600 guests for an unforgettable evening tied to the LPGA Ford Championship, with the Tempe Diablos serving as a founding partner. Now in their fourth year working alongside the LPGA, the Diablos founding partner role with the Ford Championship represents a meaningful evolution for the organization, one that allows them to scale their mission and deepen their impact throughout Tempe.

Ignite the Night served as the official off-course celebration during tournament week, creating a seamless bridge between world-class LPGA competition at Whirlwind Golf Club and the Tempe Diablos long-standing mission of community service. The event was “Back to the 80s” themed and featured The Spazmatics, the ultimate 80s new wave tribute band. Guests also enjoyed themed experiences and spirited bidding on over 110 auction items, all contributing to the event’s fundraising success.

Dollars raised through Ignite the Night will help the Tempe Diablos continue their long-standing commitment to supporting youth, education and charitable organizations throughout Tempe through grants and scholarships.
