Tempe Police Charge Three With Stealing Baby Monitors

Police say that the three stole baby monitors from Target Stores in Tempe as well as Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, and Phoenix.

TEMPE, AZ – Three people are under arrest after Tempe police say they stole baby monitors from Target stores there as well as in Chandler, Gilbert, Peoria, and Phoenix.

The monitors cost $300 each.

Police say that the three people – 32-year-old Anthony Greffoz, 27-year-old Daniel Greffoz, and 26-year-old Sara Wright – would enter the stores and while two of them would remove anti-theft devices from the monitors, the third would stand lookout.

After receiving a tip from Target security, detectives were able to find one of the devices for sale on line and arranged a purchase from Wright.

The three are all charged with multiple counts of theft, according to ABC15, which first reported the arrests.
