Vistage recognizes Tami Bohannon with a 2025 Impact Award

Tami Bohannon has been named the recipient of a 2025 Impact Award by Vistage, the world’s largest CEO coaching and peer advisory organization for small and midsize businesses. The Impact Award recognizes the remarkable development and achievement of trailblazing leaders. From business growth to leadership development, dedicated leaders reach significant heights within their first years as Vistage members, with lasting impact on their company, peers and community.

Bohannon has led AllThrive 365 (formerly Foundation for Senior Living) since 2022, becoming the first female CEO in the nonprofit’s 50-year history. Under her leadership, AllThrive 365 addresses critical statewide challenges, providing health, housing, and connection resources for aging adults.

In her tenure with AllThrive 365, Bohannon has grown the organization to be the largest provider of weatherization services in Arizona, broke ground on a new single-family home community in Wickenburg, and overseen the acquisition of transportation nonprofit, Northwest Valley Connect, to keep low-income seniors mobile.

Beyond her role at AllThrive 365, Bohannon serves on Arizona’s Governor's Interagency and Community Council on Homelessness and Housing, AARP Arizona’s Executive Council, and Arizona LeadingAge’s Board of Directors. She was recognized as a Phoenix Business Journal Most Admired Leader in 2024 and awarded the Virginia G. Piper Fellowship in 2025.
