Here are the top stories in Scottsdale today:

  1. Zingara Coffee Shop, Bespoke Market and Wine Bar will open this summer at 136th Street and East Via Linda. The European-inspired concept will operate as a coffee shop from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., serving breakfast items and offering to-go sandwiches and salads. After 4 p.m., Zingara will transform into a wine bar, serving unique evening dishes and offering a selection of bespoke market food items for purchase. (KTAR.com)
  2. Nelson Ramos, an anesthesia technician and former HonorHealth Scottsdale Shea Medical Center employee, has been charged with poisoning a medical device representative. Surveillance video footage showed Ramos adding something to Jeffrey Maxwell's coffee, which he had left on a hallway shelf outside of an operating room. Maxwell later tasted his coffee and experienced a burning sensation in his mouth. He went to the emergency room, and it was determined that his coffee had Betasept in it, which is an antiseptic surgical scrub not intended for consumption. (Arizona's Family)
  3. A man was found dead inside a home that caught fire on Monday near 136th Street and Shea Boulevard. Neighbors called in the fire, and Scottsdale Fire Department reportedly found the man's body in the garage. The investigation is ongoing, and no further details about the cause of the man's death or the cause of the fire have been released. (Fox 10 Phoenix)
  4. A winning Powerball ticket was purchased from the Fry's Food Store at Tatum Boulevard and Bell Road. The ticket is worth $200,000! Are you the lucky winner? (KTAR.com)
