On Friday, Sept. 11, Chompie’s is celebrating Rosh Hashanah with a dine-in dinner special at all four valley locations, as well as specialty items available for pickup in the retail sections of each restaurant.

The Rosh Hashanah dinner special includes:

Choice of Entree:
<ul><li>Half-Roasted Chicken with pomegranate sauce, served with savory challah stuffing</li><li>Tender Braised Brisket with pan gravy</li><li>Pan-Seared Salmon with dill butter</li></ul>

<ul><li>Large Crisp Potato Latke with applesauce</li><li>Glazed Carrots</li></ul>

The cost for this meal is $32.99 per adult and $14.99 per child, plus tax and gratuity. In addition, guests can enhance their dinner with a variety of á la carte items including:

The Arizona Restaurant Association is pleased to announce a new series within the 2026 Arizona Chef’s Week, presented by DIRECTV FOR BUSINESS. The Chef’s Week Dinner Series features intimate one-night-only dining experiences at four popular local restaurants, hosted by a select group of the state’s most celebrated chefs.

These events take place throughout the 2026 Arizona Chef’s Week on Tuesday, Aug. 4, Wednesday, Aug. 5, Thursday, Aug. 6 and Sunday, Aug. 9. Participating chefs and restaurants include Chef Joey Maggiore of The Italiano, Chef Justin Beckett of Beckett’s Table, Chef Mark Tarbell of Tarbell’s, and Chef Carson Dodd of The Ends.

“We were humbled by the incredible response we received after our inaugural Arizona Chef’s Week in 2025. So this year, we wanted to give diners additional opportunities to support and enjoy our amazing local restaurants and chefs,” said Arizona Restaurant Association President and CEO Steve Chucri. “Whether celebrating a special occasion, treating yourself to an unforgettable night out, or simply looking for the ultimate Arizona Chef's Week experience, the Chef’s Week Dinner Series is the perfect way to indulge.”

Each dinner has been thoughtfully curated by the participating chef and features a unique multi-course menu, expertly paired cocktails and wines, and a one-night-only culinary experience that won’t be repeated. The Arizona Chef’s Week Dinner Series features:

Arizona Chef’s Week Dinner Series events include:

The Italiano — Tuesday, Aug. 4 Diners are invited to join Chef Joey for an exclusive, thoughtfully curated five-course Italian dinner, showcasing Chef Joey’s signature approach to classic Italian cuisine. Each course is expertly paired with hand-selected wines. The cost is $99 per person, plus tax and 20 percent gratuity.
Beckett’s Table — Wednesday, Aug. 5 This Grown Ups Table Dinner is presented by Saratoga Spring Water and encourages guests to pull up a seat as the chef prepares a family-style meal featuring multiple courses. The menu is not released ahead of time, as this experience is truly a “trust the chef” event. The cost is $79 per person, inclusive of tax and gratuity.
Tarbell’s — Thursday, Aug. 6 Presented by Roxx Vodka, this exclusive four-course dinner offers guests one unforgettable collaboration. The menu is specially created for Arizona Chef’s Week and includes pairings of two signature Roxx Vodka cocktails as well as multiple expertly crafted dishes. The cost is $89 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
The Ends — Sunday, Aug. 9 Presented by Old Town Scottsdale, this experience invites diners to join Chef Carson Dodd for a shared journey to the ends of the Earth — a culinary experience inspired by cultures, flavors and stories from around the world. The menu is designed for 36 people and features 13 courses. The cost is $99 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

 Chula Uptown Dish: Shrimp and Scallop Thai Money Bag Dumplings—Hand-made shrimp and scallop dumplings served in a fragrant lemongrass-coconut broth with galangal, fresh vegetables, herbs and steamed rice.

Chula Grayhawk (image attached) Dish: Seafood Esquites—Roasted sweet corn sautéed with bay scallops, rock shrimp and jalapeños in a rich cotija cream sauce, finished with corn nut crumble, queso fresco, pickled red onions and lime; served with crispy tostadas.
Drinks: Grapefruit Ranch Water—A bright and refreshing cocktail featuring tequila, Pamplemousse grapefruit liquor, agave and fresh lime juice, topped with soda water and garnished with a fresh lime.

It’s hot outside, but The House Brasserie is cooling things off with the launch of its new Summer Breeze prix fixe menu. Every Tuesday through Thursday beginning Tuesday, Aug. 11, guests can enjoy a delicious prix fixe menu for just $55 per person.
Every two weeks for the duration of the special, a different menu will be introduced. Each menu includes two courses and a wine pairing with the entrée. The first Summer Breeze menu, which is available beginning Tuesday, Aug. 11, includes:
First Course:
Arugula and Shaved Parmesan Salad with candied pecans and lemon vinaigrette

Main Course, choice of one:
Steak au Poivre and Frite featuring peppercorn-crusted petite filet mignon, shallots, cream and cognac paired with Caymus California Cabernet Sauvignon

Blackened Salmon Beurre Blanc with shallots, champagne vinegar, white wine, cream, asparagus and charred tomatoes paired with Vermentino

The Summer Breeze menu is available Tuesdays through Thursdays until the end of September.
