  1. "Farewell Yellow Brick Road, The Final Tour" now includes two dates at Chase Field, Nov. 11 and 12. Patch reports that 75-year-old Sir Elton John said, "This year will see my grand finale in North America, playing stadiums all around the country, with the most spectacular production I've ever had." According to the report, this will be the 12th and 13th time Elton John has played a Valley venue since 1971 at Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum. (Patch)
  2. Larry Fitzgerald is bringing back Fitz's Supper Club to Dominick's Steakhouse in the Scottsdale Quarter. The philanthropist and former wide receiver brings back his most successful fundraiser on Tuesday, May 10, at 5:30 p.m. The 12th iteration of the supper club will once again fund The Larry Fitzgerald Foundation, which "promotes reading proficiency and technology access for K-12 youth as cornerstones to success at school and in life and supports efforts to prevent and cure breast cancer and support breast cancer survivors." 3. New taxes on the very wealthy could increase the tax bill of 11 Arizona billionaires by 20 percent, according to Patch. According to the report, the proposed tax "eliminates the inefficient sheltering of income for decades or generations." Joe Shoen; the Garcia Family; Arturo Moreno; Bob Parsons; George Kurtz; Stewart Horejsi and family; Bennett Dorrance; Peter Sperling; and Jerry Moyes and family. (Patch)
