  1. A local woman has been arrested after driving her car into a lake in nearby Chandler on Wednesday night. Police responded to the scene at Ray Road and Pennington Drive around midnight after receiving reports of a vehicular crash. A woman found swimming in the lake was later arrested for false reporting and suspected DUI after she claimed she had been only a passenger in the vehicle. (FOX 10 News Phoenix)
  2. The Scottsdale Police Department is currently hiring for a variety of positions, including Detention Officer, Dispatcher, and Police Officer.
