First, today's weather:

Another beautiful day! It will be sunny and warm with a high of 89 and a low of 57.

Here are the top stories in Scottsdale today:

  1. Update: Proposition 463 passed by a margin of 54 percent to 46 percent of the ballots counted to date. According to a Scottsdale City release, the mail-in only special election "Asked voters whether to ratify the draft General Plan 2035 adopted by the City Council." 2. According to Patch Media reporting, Robert Fisher is no longer eligible to make the FBI's "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives List." Suspected of murdering his family and subsequently bombing his home, the fugitive has not been sighted or heard from in 20 years, according to the Caitlin Sievers report. The investigation will continue regardless of his top 10 status, according to Sievers. Fisher is only the 11th alleged perpetrator, presumed to be alive, removed from the list in 70 years. 3. ICYMI—Canal Convergence, Nov. 5-14, a premiere Scottsdale Waterfront Event, has returned in person this year with unique modalities for patron interaction. According to reporting in the Paradise Valley Independent, Jennifer Gill, the manager of Scottsdale Public Art, said, "Technology has been an integral part of making Canal Convergence possible with its lights-based and interactive installations." This year's Convergence of local artists takes place at the same time as the annual CODA Summit. According to the Coda Summit web page, "CODA Summit is the only conference focused on the exciting ways creative professionals are incorporating technology to create artwork installations that are changing the ways we experience our environments."
