  1. Shaquille O'Neal is hosting the "ultimate adult playground" in Scottsdale during Super Bowl weekend. On Friday, Feb. 10, 2023, Shaq, Diplo, and Snoop Dogg will be headlining "Shaq's Fun House." There will be a presale on Thursday, Dec. 15, and tickets will go on sale to the public on Friday, Dec. 16. Tickets will include a six-hour open bar. (ABC 15 News)
  2. Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale was shut down on Tuesday morning due to a reported fatal crash. According to authorities, an SUV rolled over into the dirt and was spotted by Arizona's Family News chopper. At least one person has died, and as of Tuesday evening, no other injuries had been reported. (AZ Family News)
  3. Mayor David D. Ortega will host his State of the City address on Jan. 18, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Scottsdale Stadium Fieldhouse. He will be joined by the Scottsdale Chamber and members of the Scottsdale City Council. The event will be ticketed and is open for registration here. Lunch will be provided.   • Wine Girl in Scottsdale filled a VW Bus with toys for the Scottsdale Fire Department toy drive! On Sunday, the local business donated the toys for the annual toy drive. The Scottsdale Fire Department encourages community members to drop off new, unwrapped toys at the fire station for families in need this year. (Scottsdale Fire Department via Facebook)
  • Deck the halls with Scottsdale Senior Services for their annual Holiday Luncheon! Enjoy a traditional holiday meal, participate in fun activities, and grab a photo with Santa.
