Included in this reporting by the AZ Republic are three local restaurants that are sure to have the right recipe for Valentine's Day meals. - Birdcall is a fast-casual chicken restaurant opening its first location in Scottsdale in April. Hailing from Denver, it's a pay-it-forward company giving at least 1 percent of its sales back to the local community. According to AZ Big Media reporting, Birdcall is planning three restaurants in the Metro by 2025. Located at 7204 E.
