  1. Need a gastric prescription to win favor on Valentine's Day? Included in this reporting by the AZ Republic are three local restaurants that are sure to have the right recipe for Valentine's Day meals. Two of the three recommendations are Scottsdale-based, Campo, and Francine; check them out! (The Arizona Republic)
  2. Birdcall is a fast-casual chicken restaurant opening its first location in Scottsdale in April. Hailing from Denver, it's a pay-it-forward company giving at least 1 percent of its sales back to the local community. According to AZ Big Media reporting, Birdcall is planning three restaurants in the Metro by 2025. Located at 7204 E. Shea Blvd., Birdcall's ninth location will continue, "trying to change the way that people look at fast food," Co-founder, CEO Peter Newlin said. (AZ Big Media)
