- A Scottsdale man dies after suffering from West Nile Virus. On Friday, the tragic death of 86 year-old Donald Streets was the fourth death this year resulting from West Nile Virus. After such a wet summer, older residents are encouraged to limit their time outside and avoid potential exposure to the virus. (ABC15 Arizona)
- One-of-a-kind Toca Madera redefines Scottsdale's dining scene. "If Cirque Du Soleil was a restaurant, it would be Toca Madera.," according to reviewer Michael Gossie. He provides a list of dishes everyone must try. As well as a tantalizing description of each dishes' flavor and the restaurant's beautiful design. (AZ Big Media)
- Matt Williams, a former Arizona Diamondbacks and San Francisco Giants player, and his wife, TV personality Erika Williams, sold their Frank Lloyd Wright inspired home for $4.6 million.
