Woman Dies After Being Found Unresponsive At Scottsdale Spa
The victim was in a tub of water and multiple people attempted life-saving measures. Police said there were no obvious signs of trauma.

SCOTTSDALE, AZ —A woman in her early 50s was found unresponsive at a Scottsdale spa on Wednesday and later died, according to Scottsdale Police. The SPD said the victim showed no obvious signs of trauma.
At around 3:41 p.m., officers were called to a beauty salon and spa near Scottsdale Road and Chauncey Lane after the woman was found unresponsive in a tub of water, police said.
According to the SPD, staff members of the spa initially drained the tub, got the woman out and began CPR.

Officers soon arrived on the scene and took over CPR efforts until Scottsdale Fire Department personnel arrived, police said.
The victim was transported to a local hospital and, despite continued life-saving efforts, she was pronounced dead at 4:18 p.m., according to authorities.

Scottsdale police have not released the victim's name nor a cause of death.
