Local leaders and residents are shaping features like safe walking paths, sensory landscaping, and quiet gathering spaces. Funding will combine grants, city capital funds, donated design work, and community contributions through Tempe Diablos Charities.
• Volleyball Recap: Heritage Academy Mesa Wins Going Away Against Tempe Prep (maxpreps.com) — Tempe Prep's volleyball team fell 3–0 to Heritage Academy Mesa, dropping the Knights to a 1–1 record after a close second set. Tempe fans won't have to travel far this week, as the Knights stay home to host Lincoln Prep on Wednesday at 6 p.m., giving local supporters a quick chance to see how the team responds.
