Auto House Opens Brand New Tempe Building

Tempe, Ariz. (April 1, 2021) -- Auto House, a family-owned and operated car dealership on a mission to change perceptions about the car sales process one person, one car, one sale at a time, has moved its Tempe dealership into a brand new space that officially opened on March 1, 2021. The nearly 100,000-square-foot building accommodates up to 70 employees and boasts the largest indoor, temperature-controlled car showroom in the U.S. at 82,000-square-feet that holds up to 250 cars. This new space truly provides a one-of-a-kind shopping experience for car buyers looking to buy their first car, family car, or luxury dream car.

Construction on the new building took 14 months to complete with Ganem Construction as general contractor. Auto House designed the space with the help of Cawley Architects. In an effort to improve the brand’s sustainability efforts, the property includes electric vehicle charging stations and will soon boast solar panels.

By opening this new space, Auto House has also created more job opportunities in the Valley and has already expanded its growing team by hiring 6 new employees. The company is also currently looking to hire experienced sales people and ASE certified auto mechanics.
