Tempe Hosting Backpack Drive For Local Teens

Donations are being accepted now through July 23 at multiple locations.

Want to help a teen in our community get ready for the 2021-22 school year? Consider donating a new backpack.

Many teens have not been able to replace old backpacks due to hardships faced during the pandemic.

To help, Tempe Community Council and the City of Tempe are partnering on backpack drive July 12-23.

The community is invited to donate new backpacks with a suggested value of $20 or make a donation to show support for teens in Tempe.
