A Tempe sexual assault suspect arrested after being stabbed and bitten in the groin by the victim.

The victim gave White $400 cash, but he said that it was not enough and asked her to send him money via CashApp, according to the report.
While using her phone to transfer $500 to White, the victim texted a friend to call 911, according to the report.
After White received the money, he said that if it was the last time he was going to see her, he would not leave without having sex, police said.
While the victim was being forced to perform oral sex on White, she bit his groin and used a Hello Kitty folding knife to stab him in the stomach, according to the report.
The victim ran away and escaped through the front door where she yelled at a neighbor to call 911, according to the report.
The victim told the police that throughout the two-hour encounter, White prevented the victim from leaving her house by blocking the door or pushing her every time she attempted to escape, according to the report.
The victim also told the police that he had threatened to hit and choke her and that she believed she was going to die during the incident, according to the reports.
Sgt Hector Encinas with the Phoenix Police told Fox 10 News that the victim did everything she possibly could, given the situation she was under.
“I can’t imagine what that was like,” said Encinas. “The victim responded very bravely to that situation.”
The police interviewed White in the hospital room after surgery and recovery from his wound.
White denied sexually assaulting the victim and said that he was not bitten on his groin and had not exposed it at all during the incident, police said.
White also denied hitting or choking the victim or threatening to do any of those things, according to the report.
White admitted to not allowing the victim to leave and that she gave him cash. He also admitted to stealing things from the victim’s house such as an iPhone and bags of other items, according to the report.
Police said that White and the victim had previously been in a relationship and there had been a restraining order against White since July 24, according to the report.
White had already been arrested twice for violating the restraining order and was involved in 10 police calls from the victim for service, according to the report.
Tempe police officials said that it takes three convictions of violating a restraining order before it becomes a felony.
There was also a previous report from August 2020 in which White had threatened the victim that he was going to post nude images of her to social media, according to the police report.
When White was asked by police if it would be scary if a person dating one of his sisters had done all of the things he had done to the victim, he agreed that it would be.
Rosalie Hernandez, a member of victim advocacy group A New Leaf, told Fox 10 News that despite any protection orders, if somebody is determined to “want to cause harm” or violate orders, that they will do that.
“You have to be 10 steps ahead of the game by making sure that people who support you are aware, your place of employment is aware, things like that,” said Hernandez.
White’s preliminary hearing was canceled Monday and he will enter a plea at his Arraignment Hearing on November 2nd.
The victim’s attorney did not respond for comment.
