• PACC reaches critical capacity (kold.com) — Pima Animal Care Center in Tucson has hit critical capacity for large dogs and needs local residents to adopt or foster, especially three dogs that must be rehomed by Monday, Aug. 24. The shelter is offering store credit and free dog beds as incentives, and 13 News is urging viewers to stay connected through the Tucson Now livestream and app for updates.
