Two stars of popular cooking and home improvement TV shows will delight and inspire visitors to the Southern AZ Fall Home Show when it takes place for three days only, Friday, October 16 through Sunday, October 18 at the Tucson Convention Center.
Show visitors can learn from and meet celebrity guests Matt Blashaw, contractor and landscape/outdoor expert known from HGTV's Yard Crashers, Professional Grade, and Vacation House for Free (among others), and award-winning barbecue pitmaster and outdoor living expert Sloan Rinaldi, seen on Bravo's Top Chef, Netflix's Barbecue Showdown, and Food Network's Chopped Grill Masters. Both will give presentations and demonstrations and meet with audience members on Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17.
Local experts with solutions for home projects are a main draw of the Southern AZ Fall Home Show (formerly the SAHBA Home Show), the region's largest and most comprehensive home and outdoor living show. Visitors can compare, and save while gaining new ideas and practical advice from more than 200 trusted professionals showcasing all kinds of home-related products and services.
"Homeowners are interested in valuable information, cost efficiency, and saving time when it comes to home improvement," said Show Manager Ian Richmond. Strut Your Mutt doggy fashion show hosted by Pathways for Paws - Everyone loves cheering for the parade of adorable, adoptable pups that strut the Fresh Ideas Stage in cute costumes and outfits, in hopes of finding their forever families and homes on Saturday, Oct. 17 (11 a.m.)
ADU Experience - Bring your curiosity about ADUs (accessory dwelling units, also known to Tucsonans as casitas), and step inside the full-size ADU Experience to discover how big style and smart design can thrive in a small footprint
Desert Treasures - Tucson Cactus & Succulent Society hosts this interactive feature where desert gardening meets education, bringing its mission of "knowing, growing, showing, and conserving" to visitors through informative displays, expert tips, and a can't-miss cactus and succulent pop-up sale
Fresh Ideas Stage - Get professional insights on creating the perfect outdoor space for you and your family from celebrity guest expert Matt Blashaw, contractor and landscape/outdoor expert known from HGTV's Yard Crashers, Professional Grade and more, who will present "Live, Love, Landscape - Creating the Perfect Outdoor Space for You and Your Family" on Friday, Oct. 16 (1 p.m.) and Saturday, Oct. 17 (1 p.m.), followed by a meet-and-greet with audience members.

Culinary Showcase Stage - Celebrity guest expert Sloan Rinaldi, the award-winning, fourth generation barbecue pitmaster known from Bravo's Top Chef, Netflix's Barbecue Showdown, and Food Network's Chopped Grill Masters, will give a demonstration on "All Things Brisket" on Friday, Oct.16 (2:30 p.m.) and Saturday, Oct. 17 (2:30 p.m.), followed by a meet-and-greet with audience members.
Cooking demos by Tucson chefs on the Culinary Showcase Stage will include Chef John Hohn of Gap Ministries on Fri. Oct. 16 (12 p.m.), and three-time Iron Chef Tucson Winner Anthony Dromgoole of Obon Sushi Bar Ramen on Sat. Oct. 17 (12 p.m.)
NextGen Kids Market - Young Tucson innovators will offer handmade crafts and unique services as part of a program that teaches young people about the power of entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership, in the Ballroom on Saturday, Oct. 17 (9 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
Sonoran Supper - Take home some tasty interior design and decorating ideas from this delightfully inviting dining area that's inspired by the beauty of the Sonoran desert
Eucalyptus Escape - Immerse yourself in the natural beauty and soothing scents of eucalyptus and create your own beautiful eucalyptus bundle to enjoy at home
Petopia - This area dedicated to four-legged family members features products and services to make their lives better, and some adoptable pets from Rescue a Golden of AZ, Southern Arizona Cat Rescue, Pathways for Paws and Rescue Me Tucson

Photos with Turkey Tom - Get your festive fall photo taken with Turkey Tom (and some candy corn, too!) in the Ballroom on Sat. Oct. 16 and Sun. Oct. 17 (10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
Food Trucks - Fresh, delicious fare from local food trucks and seating is available all day, located in the fire lane outside of the exhibit hall
