Tohono Chul, the vibrant 49-acre botanic garden, arboretum and nature preserve located at 7366 N. Paseo Del Norte, is pleased to partner with The Play District to present PLAYin’ at the Chul on Saturday, June 13.

Taking place from 6 to 9 p.m., PLAYin’ at the Chul is a free family-friendly event in conjunction with Tohono Chul’s summertime Chillin’ at the Chul events.

“We’re thrilled to add another element of fun, family and relaxation to our ongoing Chillin’ at the Chul summertime experiences,” said Jamie Maslyn Larson, president and CEO of Tohono Chul. “Partnering with The Play District is a natural opportunity for us to further develop community connections and present wonderful activities for our guests.”

PLAYin’ at the Chul features a night of family-friendly music, play and fun in one of Tucson’s most beloved outdoor spaces. Designed to be a relaxed, community-centric experience, PLAYin’ at the Chul encourages families to connect, explore and enjoy quality time together.

“We’re excited to create something that feels both playful and intentional,” said Katie Yaeli, founder of The Play District. “This event is about giving families a space to slow down, make memories and experience the magic of community in such a beautiful setting.”

PLAYin’ at the Chul activities include:

·   Live music with Mr. Nature’s Music Garden

·   Interactive children’s activities and play experiences

·   Local vendors, treats and family-friendly offerings

·   A beautiful outdoor setting to explore

In addition to the happenings at Tohono Chul, guests can enjoy after-hours access to Children’s Museum Oro Valley on this night.

Gates open at 5:30 p.m. for PLAYin’ at the Chul. This event is open to the public; admission is free.
