The Fourth Avenue Merchants Association (FAMA) is excited to once again partner with Friends of Pima Animal Care Center for the 7th Annual Tucson Subaru Pets of Pima Parade (POPP) & Friends of PACC Festival on Sunday, March 7, 2027!
A beloved Tucson tradition, POPP celebrates the special bond between people and their pets and invites the entire community to come together for a one-of-a-kind parade experience. From dogs and cats to birds, reptiles, pocket pets, and even farm animals, this colorful celebration brings together hundreds of pets of all shapes and sizes.
And pets aren't the only stars! Parade-goers can enjoy marching bands, creative floats, entertainers, costumed characters, unique vehicles, and plenty of surprises along the route.
One of Tucson's most distinctive community events, the Parade is produced by Friends of Pima Animal Care Center to raise awareness and support for lifesaving programs at Pima Animal Care Center.
The Pets of Pima Parade (10:00am-11:30am) begins marching west on 6th Street at 2nd Avenue, south on 6th Avenue and turns east on 7th Street, finishing in the Friends of PACC Festival (10:00am-2:00pm) which will take place between 5th Avenue and 3rd Avenue. Stick around a lively vendor fair, with pet-centric local businesses, community partners, sponsors and activities for both people and their four-legged friends. The festival will continue until 2:00pm.

How: Register as an individual or as a team with friends, family, or co-workers. Then, fundraise or donate a minimum of $50 to support animals in Pima County!
