Easter Egg Hunt And Drive-Through Event Planned In Tucson

Head out to the parks to search for 600 egg signs spread out over 40 parks to enter into a raffle to win prize Easter baskets.

EGGSTRAVAGANZA EGG HUNT AND DRIVE-THRU EVENT

City of Tucson Ward 3 Council Member Karin Uhlich, Sugar Hill Neighborhood Association, and Tucson Parks and Recreation invite the community to participate in a safe, physically distanced, EGGstravaganza Egg Hunt and Drive-thru event. Beginning next week, the public can head out to the parks to search for 600 egg signs spread out over 40 parks to enter into a raffle to win prize Easter baskets, culminating in a drive-thru event to be held on Saturday, March 27. Details on each of the events can be found below or on our website.

EGGstravaganza Egg Hunt

How many eggs can you find? The more eggs you find, the greater your chance of winning one of the prize Easter baskets. Take advantage of some photo opportunities at the park and share with us on social media. #EGGstravaganza2021
Dates: March 19-25
Locations: 600 eggs at 40 parks (Visit the website for a map of locations)
How to participate: Go out and find the egg signs at the parks, scan the QR code on the back, and submit your information on the form with a picture (optional). Each egg you find is an entry into the prize Easter basket drawing. Winners will be contacted via phone or email provided on the form. There is no limit to the number of eggs you can find. *Please leave the eggs in the park for others to find.

EGGstravaganza Drive-Thru

Join us for a drive-thru EGGstravaganza filled with lots of treats, fun characters, the Easter Bunny, and more. Each child (18 and under) present in the vehicle will receive a goodie bag with contactless pick-up as they exit the event.
Date: Saturday, March 27, 10 a.m.-2 p.m.
Location: Mansfield Park, 2160 N. 6th Ave. (Donna Liggins Center parking lot)
*To avoid traffic congestion, please do not line up early.
Reminder: All participants must remain in their vehicles at all times and be alert for the safety of all staff and other participants.
