Missing Tucson Special Needs Teen Found Safe

TUCSON, AZ – Some good news from the Tucson Police Department. The 17-year-old with special needs who was reported missing has been found safe.

Andrew Hubble, who functions at the level of a six-year-old, had gotten on the wrong bus causing an alert to be sent out.

Police were concerned about where he might be because while Andrew knows his name but is non-verbal.

Now that he's safe, he's been reunited with his family.
