NCAA Says Allonzo Trier Ineligible – Again
It's the second time in as many seasons that the Wildcats guard Allonzo Trier has been declared ineligible .

TUCSON, AZ – For the second times in as many seasons, Alonzo Trier has been declared ineligible by the NCAA. The Wildcats made the announcement Thursday.
"Earlier today, the University of Arizona was notified that the NCAA has declared Allonzo Trier ineligible," the school said. "Allonzo participated in an NCAA student-athlete drug screening.
"The results of that test revealed the reappearance of a trace amount of a banned substance."

Trier, who is averaging 19.6 points and 3.2 rebounds per game, was tested last month.
Last year, he missed half the season for the same result. He had said it was an accident and he was let back on the team after the drug was out of his system.

The school is appealing the decision.
