'Pack the PODS Container' for Salvation Army Donation Drive

(TUCSON, AZ.) — March. 10, 2020 – PODS Tucson along with local radio stations, ESPN Tucson and 94.9 MIXfm are encouraging residents to donate their gently used items for the ‘Pack the PODS Container’ donation drive. Beginning March 16, PODS Tucson will team up with each station to collect donated items to benefit the Salvation Army Rehab Centers of Tucson.

PODS Tucson will provide PODS containers to the Salvation Army Family Store & Donation Center on North Oracle Road to hold donated items for the duration of the drive. The centers, which rely on the proceeds made at the stores, offer residential housing, work, group and individual therapy, all in a clean, wholesome environment that allows residents prepare to re-enter society and return to gainful employment.

The public is encouraged to come out and drop off gently used clothing and household items into the safe and secure PODS containers during the following dates:
