Reid Park Zoo will be closed to the public on Tuesday, August 17 for an Employee Wellness Day.
“The past year has been a challenging time for everyone,” says President and CEO Nancy Kluge. “Our dedicated staff worked tirelessly during our closure to ensure our animals received high quality, uninterrupted care, and that same staff are now continuing to give their all to help the Zoo rebound and welcome back guests. We wanted to let the staff know how very much they are appreciated with a well-deserved day to relax, have some fun, and recharge.”
