Sahuarita High Schools Sweep State Dance Titles

SAHUARITA, AZ – It was a big weekend for high schools from Sahuarita. Two high schools came out on top at the state's annual Cheer, Pom, and Dance Tournament.

For Walden Grove High School, it was familiar news.

The school's Pac Dance Team won their fourth straight Varsity Hip Hop title.

Newcomer Sahuarita High School's Jockey Dance Club also came out on top in Hip Hop, picking up the championship in the small school division.

Walden Grove's team has become something of an internet sensation with videos of their routines regularly picking up tens of thousands of views.
