TUCSON, AZ — A Tucson border control agent was killed in a head-on car crash early Saturday morning while driving on State Route 86 near Sells, according to authorities.The accident happened around 12:20 a.m. near milepost 128, according to a Facebook post by U.S. Border Patrol in Tucson. The border patrol agent was killed after the vehicle they were driving collided with another civilian-driven vehicle.Multiple agencies responded to the crash. A short time after the collision, both the agent and the civilian were pronounced dead at the scene.No further information was immediately released. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
