Tucson Cold Weather Brings Salvation Army's Operation Deep Freeze
With temperatures dropping, the Salvation Ary in Tucson is offering shelter and looking for coats, blankets and other donations.

TUCSON, AZ – With the temperature dropping, the Salvation Army is looking for help. They are getting ready for Operation Deep Freeze, which kicks in anytime the temperature drops to 35 degrees or 40 degrees with precipitation.
When that happens, they will open their doors to anyone needing overnight shelter at their Hospitality House at 1002 N. Main Ave.
They also have donation boxes set up at Naughton's and at Vantage Bowling Centers.

Officials say that they are looking for coats, blankets, socks, pants, and gloves.
