Tucson Schools Ready For March 14 Student Walkout
The national walkout on March 14 was established in reaction to last month's massacre at Marjory Stoneman Douglas HS in Parkland, Florida

TUCSON, AZ – Wednesday will mark one month since 17 students and teachers at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Florida were massacred. Students across the country will mark the occasion by walking out of school for 17 minutes.
It's being billed as a walkout for school safety as students demand for changes including ones that would limit, if not ban, assault weapons.
Tucson students throughout the city have expressed an interest in participating.
