Wildcats Top Colorado Despite Quiet Day From Deandre Ayton
Arizona overcomes a slow start to cruise into the semifinals.

TUCSON, AZ – The Wildcats overcame an unusually quiet day from Deandre Ayton to send Colorado packing in the quarterfinals of the Pac-12 Tournament. Arizona (25-7) beat the Buffaloes 83-67.
Arizona is ranked 15th in the country and looking for a strong finish in the Pac-12 to give them momentum going into the NCAA tournament, which begins next week.
Allonzo Triet led the team with 22 points followed by Dusan Ristic with 15.

Ayton, the Pac-12 Player of the Year, scored 10 while going four for 14. He did have ix rebounds for fouling out.
Colorado stayed close into the second before Arizona ran off a 14-0 run to seize control.

Arizona next plays in the semifinals on Friday, taking on the winner of Stanford-UCLA.
