Matadors women's soccer looks for national championship after back-to-back heartbreaks (kyma.com) — Arizona Western College's powerhouse women's soccer program in Yuma is opening the 2026 season ranked No. 2 nationally and chasing its first NJCAA title after back-to-back championship-game heartbreaks. With 16 freshmen, including international standouts, and no conference loss since 2022, the Matadors are focused on defending their league dominance and finally bringing a national trophy home to Yuma.
