Clinicians say the digital tool flags high-risk patients earlier, while staff also visit Yuma County schools to teach residents how to spot symptoms and seek emergency care quickly.
   

• One seriously injured in 3-vehicle crash on Airport Loop (yumasun.com) — A serious three-vehicle crash on East Airport Loop left a Honda Civic driver badly hurt and taken to Onvida Health by Yuma Fire crews, with another driver suffering minor injuries. The Yuma County Sheriff's Office says speed appears to be a factor and is still investigating why a westbound Silverado crossed into oncoming traffic, sideswiping a Ram before the head-on collision.
