1. City planners have approved plans for a $51 million mixed-use development complex on Walton Boulevard. The complex, called Lumen, is a massive multifamily development designed by Burrwood Living. Construction on the new site is set to begin soon. (5newsonline.com)
2. The latest Benton County restaurant inspection report was released on Monday. Several locations, including Burg Der Gustropub, the Buttered Biscuit, and Kennedy Coffee were cited for critical violations.
