  1. Benton County Circuit Judge Tom Smith recently received an award in Washington, D.C., for his efforts in bringing juvenile justice reform to the county. The Center for Children's Law and Policy presented Smith with an ARC (Advocacy/Reform/Change) award during a Dec. 6 ceremony. (Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette)
  2. Bentonville Mayor Stephanie Orman hosts a Coffee with the Mayor on the third Tuesday of each month from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. as an informal discussion with city staff. This month's virtual coffee will be Tuesday, December 21, 2021, and will cover a wide variety of topics. (Press Release Desk)
  3. The American Cornhole Organization announced Bentonville, Ark. as the ninth-best city in the U.S. to play cornhole, according to ACO membership and major tournament participation.
