Here are the top 3 stories in Bentonville today:
- Pedal it Forward and Habitat for Humanity will be collaborating and hosting a local bike drive in Bentonville on Saturday, May 14. New and used bikes can be donated between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Pedal it Forward's mission is to "increase the number of people using bikes for health, transportation, or recreation," and Habitat for Humanity will be giving the donated bikes to partner families when they move into new homes. All bikes will be accepted unless they are broken or too rusted to repair. (KNWA)
- South Main Street will remain closed between SE 14th Street and SE 13th Street until 5:00 p.m. this Friday, Apr. 22. The closure is due to road construction, but the road will reopen as soon as construction is finished. Extreme weather, however, may leave the road closed longer. (Press Release Desk)
- Mayor Stephanie Orman, City Council members, and city staff will hold the Bentonville Connections meeting next Thursday, Apr. 28. Residents will be able to partake in discussions regarding issues such as public safety and property maintenance. The meeting will take place at the Bentonville Community Center and will also be available via Zoom. All Bentonville residents are invited and encouraged to attend. (Press Release Desk)

- FORMAT Festival, planned by C3 Presents, will take place Sept. 23-25, just four miles from downtown Bentonville! Over 50 artists and musicians are expected to perform and presale tickets will be available beginning this Friday at 10 a.m. (talkbusiness.net)
