2. A Bentonville-located medical marijuana dispensary, as well as the marijuana market in Arkansas as a whole, may have the opportunity to expand. To date, there have been five petitions filed with the Arkansas Secretary of State's office to get the idea of legalized, statewide recreational marijuana on the ballot in November 2022. This would mean the expansion of the marijuana industry throughout the state and an increase in business proven by the success of medical marijuana stores like Bentonville's ReLeaf Center.
