Here are the top three stories in Bentonville today:
- The Arkansas Supreme Court has officially reversed a judge's order blocking the Bentonville School District's mask mandate meant to prevent the spread of COVID-19. A spokeswoman with the district reports that the district does not have current plans to reinstate the mask mandate. (KFSM 5Newsonline)
- Benton County officials educated the community on how to sign up for severe weather alerts during a virtual event on Thursday. The event was reportedly necessary after residents complained of a perceived lack of severe weather alerts. The region recently experienced severe storms and tornadoes this month. (KFSM 5Newsonline)
- The Benton County Sheriff's office will be participating in the Arkansas Prescription Drug Take-Back Event on Apr. 30.
