Here are the top stories today in Bentonville:

  1. The Benton County Sheriff's Office is looking for a runaway teen who is from Rogers. According to a post on the sheriff's office's Facebook page, deputies are looking for Mikayla Smith, 17, who is believed to be in the Fayetteville area. (KNWA)
  2. The Bentonville Police Department is once again opening up applications to its Citizens Police Academy. BPD Citizen Police Academy classes start on Monday, Jan. 24, 2022 and will meet Monday evenings from 6:00 p.m. -9:00 p.m. for seven weeks. Applicants must be at least 18. (KNWA)
  3. The Northwest Arkansas (NWA) Food Bank has released its January food pantry schedule. For those in need in Bentonville, NWA will take place on Jan. 13 at Northwest Church located at 301 SW Unity Blvd. at 9 a.m. (5newsonline.com)
