Here are the top three stories today in Bentonville:

1. Walmart AMP's lineup just keeps getting better and better this summer! Walmart AMP announced Halsey will be performing a show on May 25 at the venue just 15 minutes outside of Bentonville. Other notable artists headed to Walmart AMP this summer include The Backstreet Boys, Kenny Chesney, and Train. Check out the full summer lineup and how to get tickets at the link! 2. The Arbor Day Foundation has named the City of Bentonville a 2021 Tree City USA in honor of its commitment to effective urban forest management. This is the 24th consecutive year Bentonville has held this honor. To receive this recognition, the city must observe Arbor Day, have a tree board or department, a tree care ordinance, and an annual community forestry budget of at least $2 per capita. (KNWA)
3. The Arkansas Court of Appeals has reversed and remanded a case over Bentonville's obligations for the dam on Lake Bella Vista. From this ruling, Bentonville may be responsible for repairing damages to the dam. The case has been sent back to Benton County Circuit Judge John Scott to determine the enforceability of the contract between the city of Bentonville and Cooper Realty Investments, a former owner of the dam.
