Marketing-a-thon will collect donations for the homeless, children in need, and animals Marketing-a-thon will collect donations for the homeless, children in need, and animals You’ve heard of telethons, where people answer the phone for 24 hours and money is raised for a good cause. And you’ve heard of dance-a-thons, where people dance for 24 hours while accepting pledges for certain charities. Well, now meet the latest and greatest in fundraising trends – Marketing Near Me’s marketing-a-thon! That’s right, for 24 hours straight, from 8 a.m. Thursday, July 22, to 8 a.m. Friday, July 23, we at Marketing Near Me will be marketing our tails off – all on behalf of three very worthy local nonprofits: 7hills Homeless Center, Children’s Advocacy Center of Benton County, and Fayetteville Animal Services. We’ll also be collecting donations for these altruistic groups. During our 24-hour Marketing Experiment Extravaganza, we will provide these three nonprofit organizations with free on-boarding sessions – and we’ll stream them live for you to have a peak behind the curtain at how our marketing team works its magic. Each group will come in during the marketing-a-thon for a unique on-boarding lab experience where we dissect their messaging and campaigns, discuss what the colors of their brand, logo and graphics say about them, and condense the whole three-hour lab into an actionable playbook for the organizations to follow. Marketing Near Me will also provide the nonprofits with free professional headshots for their teams. All of this will be recorded, via Livestream and Lives, as well as during live Q and A sessions where we answer your most pressing marketing questions. Attend Our Fun-Filled Giving Social Anytime from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. We’re encouraging the local community to come out to our office at 4000 N. Frontage Road in Fayetteville and support these organizations during a fun-filled, outrageous Giving Social from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Come get out of the house and bring your party hats and caring hearts, as well as much-needed items to donate. Meet our team and take a selfie with us! Bring us fun snacks to keep us going during this 24-hour marketing-a-thon! We’ll accept donations for these nonprofits at any time, but we encourage you to bring them during the Giving Social so we can have a chance to meet you and make it a true community event. Let’s represent our greater Northwest Arkansas charitable community in a tangible way. Plus, any businesses and organizations that come by our office to donate will get a picture with us and a shout-out on our social media channels.
