Matthew Sharum, ENT Specialist, Joins Mercy Fort Smith
FORT SMITH, Ark. (Aug. 25, 2021) – Dr. Matthew Sharum recently joined Mercy Fort Smith as an ear, nose and throat specialist. He began seeing patients in July at Mercy Clinic Ear, Nose and Throat – Tower West and at Mercy Hospital Fort Smith.
Dr. Sharum is a graduate of the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, Univeristaet Regensburg in Germany and the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. He served his residency with the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
After joining Mercy, Dr. Sharum said he hopes to be the best ENT doctor that he can be for his patients.
“I love the patients that I work with,” he said. “I love getting to work with my hands, and I love the combination of medicine and surgery.”
Dr. Sharum lives in Fort Smith with his wife and three children.
