PULASKI COUNTY, Ark. -- Beginning July 1, 2021 the Special Education Department of the Pulaski County Special School District (PCSSD) will start to destroy special education records which are six years old or more. According to State and Federal guidelines, special education records should be destroyed within six years after a student leaves the program.

If you are a former student of PCSSD and received special education services during the school year 2014-2015, you have the right to receive your records before they are destroyed. If you are a student and requesting your records, you must be eighteen years old or older.
Special Education records will be available to you for pickup at the PCSSD Special Education Department located at 3924 Neely Road, Little Rock, AR 72206. Records can be picked up May 19 thru June 25, 2021. You must bring your identification card. To arrange a time for pickup, contact Stephanie Lee at (501) 234-2417 or (501) 234-2436.
