• Texarkana teen arrested after pursuit in allegedly stolen vehicle (texarkanagazette.com) — Law enforcement say a 17-year-old from Texarkana was arrested after a high-speed pursuit in a reportedly stolen pickup that began on the Arkansas side and ended in Texarkana, Texas. An Arkansas State Police trooper initiated the stop in Texarkana and city employees later helped officers locate the suspect on foot. The teen now faces charges including unauthorized use of a vehicle and evading arrest.
   

• Miller County JPs approve forming Red River development authority (texarkanagazette.com) — Miller County leaders in Texarkana have voted to join a new Red River Intermodal Authority that could eventually make the river navigable and boost regional freight and recreation. The authority would replace a state commission, seek grants, issue bonds, and support economic development, but it cannot levy taxes and does not create new financial obligations for the county.
   

• F3 Texarkana: Forging leaders with fitness, fellowship, faith (ktalnews.com) — Men in the Texarkana area, including Arkansas residents, can join F3 Texarkana for free, early-morning outdoor workouts focused on fitness, fellowship, and faith. The volunteer-led group meets at multiple sites each week, welcoming all fitness levels while emphasizing leadership, accountability, and support for men who may feel isolated.
