Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is continuing to grow its footprint, with plans to open six locations in September, including one in California, according to reports.
The latest Golden State spot will mark the chain's first in San Francisco when it opens Sept. 21 at 211 Jefferson St. on Fisherman's Wharf, USA Today reported, adding locations are also set to open this month in Colorado, Michigan, Oregon and Tennessee.
The Fisherman's Wharf restaurant is one of several the chain has planned for California, with a second San Francisco address as well as locations in Ventura and Goleta all listed as "coming soon" on its website.
Other Raising Cane's restaurants planned in the state include openings targeted for 2027 in Rohnert Park and Napa, KRON reported in July.
In August, locations opened in Thousand Oaks and Fontana, USA Today reported at the time.
There were 144 Raising Cane's restaurants in California listed on the chain's website as of Tuesday.
Started in Louisiana 30 years ago, Raising Cane's is aiming to have over 1,600 U.S. locations and be a top 10 U.S. restaurant brand before 2030, Fast Company reported last month.
