CALIFORNIA — Patch reader Claus Weisemann shared this photo of the I Street Bridge, taken during a Riverboat trip on the Sacramento River.

"Our state capital, while not as spectacular as the Bay Area, has its own charm, even in winter," Weisemann told Patch.
