SOLVANG, CA — A property that was once Dolly Parton’s weekend getaway is on the market for just under $2 million, according to a Zillow listing.
Located on Alisal Road in Solvang, just blocks from the city's Danish-inspired downtown, the property is about a quarter-acre and includes three homes totaling roughly 2,500 square feet — a standalone front residence and two back units — as well as a restored windmill, the listing said.
“… Dolly Parton's former weekend retreat presents a rare opportunity to acquire a distinctive Hollywood legacy property in the heart of Solvang,” according to the listing, which noted that the property includes Parton’s “authentic and original ‘Wig Room.’”
