Free FIFA World Cup Tickets Available For Veterans, Military, First Responders

The program honors the military community and commemorates America's 250th anniversary.

U.S. military veterans, active-duty service members, first responders and their families can score free FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets.

More than 4,500 tickets will be available through Vet Tix for matches played in the country, starting with the tournament's second U.S. match and continuing through every stage of the competition.

Bank of America, FIFA and Vet Tix contributed a combined $2.25 million, including a $2 million donation from Bank of America and $250,000 from Vet Tix, to provide thousands of free tickets honoring the military community and commemorating America's 250th anniversary.

Veterans and service members who live in or near one of the tournament's 11 U.S. host cities can apply for free tickets. Once the seats become available, Vet Tix and 1st Tix members will receive an email alert to secure free tickets to a match in their region. The number of tickets varies by venue.

The program includes tickets for group-stage matches, knockout rounds and the championship match, with 250 tickets reserved for U.S. Men's National Team games in recognition of the nation's 250th anniversary.

California will host a total of 14 World Cup matches at Los Angeles Stadium at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood and San Francisco Bay Area Stadium at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara.

Vet Tix founder and CEO Michael A. Focareto III, a U.S. Navy veteran, said the initiative will give military families and first responders an opportunity to take part in one of the world's largest sporting events while creating lasting memories together.

"We are deeply grateful to partner with Bank of America and FIFA to help make 4,547 FIFA World Cup tickets available to the veteran, military and first responder communities we proudly serve," he said.

"The opportunity for our members and their families to experience the energy, pride, and global celebration surrounding the World Cup in all 11 cities across the United States represents far more than attending a sporting event. It's an opportunity to create unforgettable family memories and honor those who continue to serve our nation and communities every day."
