In light of the rapidly evolving situation that is unfolding with the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), City staff is working to keep all outlets updated with the latest news that is affecting services and facilities in our Community. We continue to act only as an intermediary to disseminate critical Novel Coronavirus information, and we urge all citizens to follow closely the L.A County Department of Public Health as well as the Center for Disease Control (CDC) for health updates.
Community members are urged to remain calm and not to panic. Practice social distancing, avoid congregations of 50 or more people, and stay home if you are feeling sick. If you have the ability to work from home, do so. Wash your hands often with soap and water and if soap is not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol and most importantly, take care of yourself and your loved ones.
