Agoura Hills Officials Seek Responses To Disability Survey

From the City of Agoura Hills: Do you utilize the City's programs and or facilities? If so, you could assist the City in understanding the needs of the public related to ADA accessibility. The City is once again accepting any input and feedback in regards to the updating of the City's Americans with Disabilities Act transition plan and self evaluation. Your participation in a quick survey is extremely valuable and appreciated. You may print out and fill in the pdf version or fill in the Word version and email it to Nhamburger@ci.agoura-hills.ca.us
