A Virtual Development Project Public Forum will be held to discuss a proposed mixed-use project located at the southwest corner of Agoura and Kanan Roads. The project proposes a mix of 39,000 SF of commercial and 78 residential units on a 7 acre site. The purpose of this public forum is to inform neighboring property owners, businesses and interested community members of this proposal, seek their comments, and respond to questions.

Please note that this is a meeting with the developer Agoura Kanan Village, LLC. This is not a City of Agoura Hills public hearing or public meeting, and no decisions regarding the proposal will be made by the City of Agoura Hills at this forum.

The Virtual Development Project Public Forum will be held at 6:00 p.m. on July 20, 2020 via a Zoom conference. If you would like to participate please e-mail Symphony Development at mnorenberg@symphonydevelopment.com. One week prior to the call, we will provide a response e-mail with specific instructions on attending the virtual Meeting. If you need additional assistance regarding the conference log in process you can call Ma Norenberg at 310 974-8793. We will respond to phone messages as soon as possible, however, please note that our staff is working remotely and e-mail is the best form of communication at this time.

The proposed format for the forum is to have the developer representative provide an overview of the project development plan and then open the meeting up for questions. The developer and key design team members will be available to answer questions. You can also leave questions in the ZOOM chat dialog box for follow-up items if you do not want to be viewed or broadcasted on the conference.

Also if you have follow-up questions you can also e-mail Symphony at mnorenberg@symphonydevelopment.com.
